General Terms and Conditions of FreeRideTours.ch

Applicant:

Our offers are quickly booked. Please register early.

Registration:

Registrations are always made via e-mail and are binding. With the registration the “AGB” become part of the contract.

Annullation:

Cancellation conditions are specifically explained to each offer, during the registration process.

Pay:

Terms of payment are specifically explained to each offer.

Cancellation terms / program changes by FreeRideTours.ch:

We allow ourselves to change the program in special situations such as external influences (weather and level of guests or number of participants) and to take the occasion to another place for security reasons. Any additional costs resulting from the aforementioned reasons shall be borne by the participant. In case of insufficient number of participants, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Insurance:

The participant undertakes to provide sufficient insurance cover. These insurances must be completed by the participant himself. We also recommend a Rega membership.

Liability:

Comprehensively prepared, we offer you the greatest possible safety when transporting and selecting the trails. “Outside” however, we can always surprise unforeseen situations. By booking, you acknowledge these dangers and waive any assertion of damages and other claims against FreeRideTours.ch
